Welcome to Northbrook Homes website. We have been building, and continue to build quality new homes in the Bay Area for decades.

The principals bring extensive combined experience in home building, and have a well-earned reputation within the home building community for quality homes.

Northbrook Homes is based in Pleasanton, and is currently building The Corners in the wine country of South Livermore, and The Grove near downtown Livermore. The Grove surrounds a beautiful park.

Greystone in Santa Cruz, Atherton Place in Aptos and Cardinal Court in Castro Valley have all been sold out. Please watch for our new communities coming in 2008.
